Pest & Wildlife Field Technician (Full & Part Time Positions Available)

Holper’s Pest & Animal Solutions is always looking for individuals interested in becoming a Certified Pest Control or Wildlife Technician.


Holper's is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals who love working independently, outdoors and with customers to solve their pest concerns. If you have experience in trades such as HVAC or Roofing and seeking a career change or have no experience at all and are looking for a long-term career, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Helping clients solve their pest control problems.
  • Inspecting a variety of residential structures to determine and treat for pests.
  • Advising and Interfacing directly with homeowners, homebuyers, real estate agents or commercial operators.
  • Maintaining and building customer relationships with delivery of approprite services to correct their pest issues.
  • Utilizing a CRM to communicate with customers, optimize your daily routes, invoice, and collect payments.
  • Coordinating activities with the office and other team members.
  • Thoroughly service customers, moving quickly but efficiently.
  • Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Ensure company procedures & protocols are followed to ensure the safety of themselves, customers, and the public.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Interested in helping people solve their problems, advise & consult with customers
  • Be able to lift and move (up to 32’) ladders, as well as get into small spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces
  • Maintain a neat appearance
  • Be able to pass background checks, ongoing drug screening, and have a clean driving record
  • Be able to work some Saturdays a rotating basis

Customer Service Representative (Full & Part Time Positions Available)

Holper’s Pest & Animal Solutions is always looking for people excited to help customers.  The Customer Service Administrator or CSR is the first point of contact and will interact with customers on the phone, via email & text.   The CSR acts as a liaison to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. 


Areas of Responsibility:

  • The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments for technicians 
  • Using applicable software programs to create schedules, input payment information and communicate with customers and technicians
  • Answer inbound calls that can range from service questions to billing inquires
  • Handle Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to be sure the issue is resolved
  • Accurately address the customers needs be able to probe for additional needs, as appropriate
  • Various data entry and administrative tasks
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department

Requirements:

  • Confident and driven individual with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Positive personality that can adjust quickly to a new environment
  • Quick learning—can learn new systems, products, and services
  • Open and eager to find more efficient ways to accomplish tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Six months of customer service experience and prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
