The “one size fits all” strategy is a way for your pest control company to keep their costs low. They design a rigid service and then send out an army of technicians to deliver it over and over. In order for this to work, the techs have to be quick at each home. They’re unable to invest the time and energy to really understand your home and what is making it attractive to pests. Have you seen this before? They “spray and dash” to move on to the next home as quickly as possible. You’re left wondering what they did and whether it worked.
The truth is no property is created the same. You can’t apply the same “one size fits all” treatment to a brick home and a wood home. Similarly, an old house on a small lot in the city is very different than a newer home on a wooded lot in the suburbs. Even two wood homes on similar properties are quite different because pests don’t all just walk in the front door.
